Having joined Smith and Associates in the fall of 2000, she choose the industry due to her eagerness to operate her own business, having the opportunity for unlimited growth, and working with people that would appreciate her hard work and dedication towards client’s real estate needs. Her flexibility and demeanor enable her to assist transfers moving in and out of the area.

Ethical, hardworking and sincerely dedicated to customer satisfaction Mary Lee puts her heart and soul into her work, with a mission to “Continue to work hard to earn the trust and respect of her customers so to have the opportunity to extend real estate services to their family and friends. She positions herself to be kept abreast of all new aspects of the business and feels the best help for her business was the continuing education she gained. She holds a GRI designation as a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, completing advanced educational requirements. She has earned an ALHS Designation as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and also earned a Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation or SRES. Mary Lee’s real estate experience has transformed and grown throughout the years as she has worked in the Tampa Bay area assisting with the relocation of both buyers and sellers. She has worked with investors, first, second and third homebuyers and sellers, move up buyers, empty nesters, and mature buyers and sellers. Her unique experience allows for her to read into certain situations- redirecting and staying on track of the ultimate goals, all while withholding empathy for customers during the decision making process.

As a 35 years resident her favorite thing about living in the Tampa Bay area in general is the diversity of people, neighborhoods, and the wonderful weather! When selling your home, Mary Lee advises to “be totally honest with yourself when comparing your home with recent sold properties in your market area while determining a listing price”. When buying a home, she advises, “first choose the area and the lifestyle that makes you feel good. A home in an area not conducive with your lifestyle, no matter how beautiful the home is, may cause you to pause later on”.
